I get asked the question all the time how I generate leads for my network marketing business using social networking applications like Facebook, Squidoo, Hubpages, and others.
I tell people it’s really not as hard as they might think, especially when you’re clear about what type of people are in your target market.
That’s the beauty of social networking, generally people are very clear about who they are and what they’re looking for. This makes generating leads a whole lot easier when you do it right.
So how do you target a market and be influential, but not be a sleezeball sales guy? It’s pretty easy. Using the power of Web 2.0 technologies, you can add to the conversations going on all over the Internet, answer people’s questions, ask more questions, debate, generally act just like you would in real life and still generate quality leads for your network marketing business.
When people sense that you’re a real person who’s trying to be helpful (which hopefully you are) their defenses go down and they really start listening to what you have to say. If you’ve targeted the right market, people who are reading what you’ve said already have an interest in your offering (why would they be reading in the first place?).
Generating leads isn’t something that just happens overnight, especially in the beginning. I know there’s a lot of stuff on the web about how some guy went from nothing to 100 leads a day on some of the testimonials out there, but these people are either lying, or they already had a ton of traffic in place. If you’re just starting out trying to generate your own leads, I’d set a goal of generating one lead a day for an entire week.
This is a reasonable goal. If you’re really serious about getting a lot more traffic and generating a lot more entwork marketing leads from your business, I recommend you look at Veretekk’s Lead Generation system Not only is it an amazing value, but it also helps you leverage all the content you’ve already built on the web, you can use it to promote any program. It’s very powerful and I recommend it very highly.
I hope this helps. Be well.
